    The train operator is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during travel, unless due to negligence on their part. Customers are advised to secure travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

    Passengers are expected to behave courteously and follow all onboard rules and regulations. Any disruptive behavior may result in denial of boarding or removal from the train.
